AI Itinerary
Builder
The assisted trip-planning layer of the CRM. Takes a traveler's requirement, uses AI to generate a structured itinerary draft, and saves the output directly into the standard Itinerary Builder for review and editing. Reduces manual drafting time while keeping the final itinerary fully under team control.
Structured Draft in Minutes
Not a separate document generator. An AI-powered input layer connected to the live itinerary workflow. The output becomes a normal CRM itinerary record immediately.
Every AI itinerary starts from an existing CRM record. This keeps the generated trip plan connected to the correct lead or customer from the beginning.
Destination, dates, travelers, budget, hotel type, meal plan, cab type, interests, notes, and optional title hint. The CRM validates inputs before generation begins.
The CRM converts the trip requirement into a structured instruction set. AI produces realistic routing, usable daily flow, and client-friendly wording in a fixed response format.
Output is mapped into editable sections: day-wise records, route rows, inclusions, exclusions. The CRM creates a full itinerary record with quote structure. The team continues in the regular builder.
Not a Summary Paragraph.
The AI module generates more than a short travel summary. It creates a full itinerary draft including title, destination summary, trip highlights, inclusions, exclusions, packing tips, important notes, and a complete day-wise travel plan.
Each day is generated in structured format rather than free text. The output includes day title, short summary, morning plan, afternoon plan, evening plan, stay details, meal notes, travel time, distance, and operational notes.
The objective is speed with structure. The CRM uses AI to create a realistic first draft in a format that can be stored, edited, and reused operationally.
Actual Travel Flow
AI output is useful only when it respects real travel logistics. This module is designed to create a draft that feels workable from the first version, not just creative.
For destinations that need tighter routing logic, the CRM applies destination-specific guidance so the itinerary remains operationally sensible.
The CRM converts the trip requirement into a structured instruction set so AI is guided to produce realistic routing, usable daily flow, and client-friendly wording.
Checks destination, dates, travel duration, traveler counts, and budget values before generating. Keeps poor input quality from producing unusable drafts.
If the AI response returns incomplete structure, the CRM uses fallback handling so the itinerary can still be converted into a usable draft instead of failing silently.
Your Team Owns the Final.
The generated itinerary opens in the standard Itinerary Builder. The team can revise everything using the same tools they use for manual itineraries.
Revise the title, change daily flow, update notes, adjust inclusions and exclusions, refine the route. The same tools used for manual itineraries.
AI creates the planning content, but commercial pricing can still be completed or adjusted manually. Package pricing depends on live vendor decisions that require human review.
Lead linkage preserved. Customer context connected. The AI-generated itinerary stays fully tied to the customer journey inside the CRM.
The CRM stores that the itinerary was AI-generated and preserves the AI provider, model, prompt, and raw response. Useful for quality control and workflow refinement.
Once saved, the itinerary continues through the same CRM journey as any other itinerary. It can be edited, shared, quoted, confirmed, and used in downstream workflows connected to customers, bookings, and billing.
