Structured CRM Itinerary
Not a separate chatbot. An AI layer that works inside the itinerary workflow, generates strict structured output, and saves it directly into the Itinerary Builder.
API key stored centrally through integration settings. When configured, OpenAI models appear in the CRM's AI model selector. If not configured, those options stay hidden.
Destination, dates, travelers, budget, hotel type, meals, cab type, interests, and notes. CRM validates all inputs before sending anything to OpenAI.
Trip requirement converted into a structured planning instruction. OpenAI asked to return strict JSON with realistic routing, practical day sequencing, and client-friendly wording.
CRM checks whether the response can be parsed into the expected structure. If malformed, an automatic repair step requests corrected JSON before failing.
Output mapped into editable itinerary sections: day-wise rows, route, inclusions, exclusions. Quote number generated. AI metadata stored. Team continues in the regular Itinerary Builder.
Structured Travel Content.
OpenAI is used for operational output. The result is content that can be stored, reviewed, edited, and sent through the existing travel workflow.

Evening Per Day
Each day includes title, summary, morning plan, afternoon plan, evening plan, stay information, meal note, travel time, distance, and optional operational notes. OpenAI builds the narrative structure required for a real itinerary draft, not just a headline description.
Realistic Travel Output.
The CRM expects structured JSON rather than free-form paragraphs. Machine-readable output that can be parsed and saved directly into the CRM. No manual copy-paste needed.
For certain destinations, the prompt layer applies extra routing guidance so the generated trip stays closer to real travel behavior. Practical plans, not attractive but impossible ones.
Checks source record, destination, dates, traveler counts, budget values, and trip duration limits. Keeps poor input quality from reaching the AI and producing unusable output.
If OpenAI returns malformed JSON, the CRM runs a repair step asking for corrected output instead of failing immediately. Improves day-to-day reliability of AI generation.
Full Audit Trail.
OpenAI configured from one administrative place through the CRM's integration settings and API-vault layer. Controlled, not hardcoded into user workflows.
Secret values protected in administrative views and APIs. Secure credential handling when multiple admins or business units share the same CRM instance.
When OpenAI is enabled, users select from available OpenAI models through the CRM's model picker. The business decides which model to use without changing the workflow.
The CRM stores whether the itinerary was AI-generated plus the provider, model, prompt, and raw response. Traceability for review, quality control, and workflow refinement.
