For website forms, landing pages, embedded widgets, and no-code tools. Accepts JSON and form-encoded payloads. Form slug routing, dynamic schema, and embeddable JavaScript form loader included.

Public submissions matched to a specific CRM form definition. Each form has its own slug, field structure, and validation requirements.
Returns the active field structure, validation requirements, and design configuration for a form. Enables external front-ends to render CRM forms dynamically.
Fetch the form schema, render the form externally on any website, and submit directly back into the CRM. No manual form rebuilding needed.
Standard fields mapped directly. Common alternates resolved automatically. Extra fields preserved in lead notes. Phone normalized, email validated on insert.
Protected Where It Matters.
Trusted lead API requires valid authorized CRM user context and feature access. Full security for system-to-system integrations.
Request-rate protection to limit abuse and repeated submission bursts from the same source. Practical control without blocking legitimate enquiries.
Honeypot fields silently block bot submissions. Optional Google reCAPTCHA validation before lead acceptance. Two layers of spam protection.
Logs for invalid payloads, missing slugs, failed validation, rate limits, honeypot triggers, reCAPTCHA failures, and successful submissions. Debuggable and operationally visible.
Email alert to the configured admin and in-app CRM notification linked to the new lead. Both configurable on or off. The team is always informed.
Track lead volume by integration source. Counts for today, last 7 days, this month, last month, total, and monthly snapshots. Evaluate API intake performance inside the CRM.
