Google Ads Lead
Integration

Connect Google lead submissions directly to the CRM. Capture enquiries in real time, map them into lead records, apply source and status details, and make every Google lead immediately available for follow-up. Works with Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or custom webhook flows.

How the Lead Flow Works
From Google Ad Form to
Live CRM Lead. Instantly.

Google leads arrive through a protected webhook endpoint. The CRM validates the key, maps submitted fields, normalizes the data, and inserts the lead into the pipeline with full source context.

1
Google Lead Submitted

A user fills out a Google Ads lead form. The submission is routed to the CRM's dedicated Google webhook endpoint through a connector or direct webhook delivery.

2
Webhook Key Validated

The endpoint checks the generated webhook key from URL parameter or X-Webhook-Key header. Unauthorized requests rejected. Rate limiting applied to prevent abuse.

3
Fields Mapped and Normalized

Standard and fallback field mapping applied. Phone normalized, email validated, minimum lead requirements filled. Extra fields preserved inside lead notes.

4
Lead Created with Source Context

Lead inserted with Google Ads source tag, default status, campaign and ad group data, UTM values, and raw payload reference. Notifications triggered for the sales team.

Webhook Key Authentication

Protected by a generated webhook key passed via URL parameter or X-Webhook-Key header. Unauthorized requests rejected. Flexible across different connector platforms.

Rate Limiting and Request Protection

Request-rate controls to reduce abuse from misconfigured automations, duplicate delivery loops, or malicious traffic. Rejections recorded in webhook logs.

Admin Email and In-App Notifications

Automatic admin email alert when a Google lead is inserted. In-app CRM notification linked to the new lead. Both configurable on or off from settings.

Webhook Logs and Activity Tracking

Running log of Google webhook activity. Event type, status, request IP, timestamp, and error details. Lead integrations are only useful when failures are visible.

Built-In Test Lead Workflow

Insert a test lead from the integration page to verify creation, notifications, and email behavior without waiting for live campaign submissions. Speeds up go-live validation.

Lead Source Analytics

Track leads received today, last 7 days, this month, last month, lifetime total, and monthly snapshots. Google lead totals also visible alongside Meta leads in ads reporting views.
