The CRM listens for Meta leadgen events, validates the webhook, fetches full lead details from the Graph API, maps fields into CRM lead records, and inserts the lead into the pipeline.
When a user submits a Meta lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta fires a leadgen webhook event to the CRM's dedicated callback URL.
Webhook challenge verification using the configured verify token. Live events validated through X-Hub-Signature-256 using App Secret. Only authentic Meta traffic is accepted.
CRM uses the Page Access Token to fetch the complete field set from Meta. Full name, phone, email, city, campaign, ad group, UTM values, and custom form answers all captured.
Automatic mapping into standard fields. Fallback mapping for alternative field names. Unmapped custom form answers preserved inside lead notes.
